5-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving the product.

Eligible Return Reasons

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect found
  • Missing items in package

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must remain unused
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Invoice or proof of purchase must be available
  • Return request should be raised within 5 days

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product has been used
  • Product is damaged by customer misuse
  • Original packaging is missing
  • Return request is made after 5 days

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are approved within 2-3 business days
  • Amount is credited within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method

Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged or defective, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
